Black Hill in the Dark Peak follows the historic Pennine Way on flagstone paths. A quick VHF activation from this Marilyn summit. A pleasant moorland walk.

Freeholds Top in the Southern Pennines is a boggy Marilyn above Rossendale. An easy track to the trig point and pond. A muddy but rewarding short walk.
